KT Consulting and the GSA Small Business Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Center are proud to present our latest contract vehicle – VETS.

VETS (Veterans Technology Services), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside GWAC, is designed to provide worldwide information technology solutions to federal agencies, while strengthening federal contracting opportunities for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. The VETS GWAC assists agencies in meeting their 3 percent service-disabled veteran-owned small business goals, by providing pre-qualified industry partners in one easy-to-use contract vehicle.

VETS Contract Types include:

• Fixed-Price (FAR 16.2)
• Time-and-Materials (per FAR 16.6) and
• Labor-Hour (per FAR 16.6)

Additionally, VETS allows customers to choose among the incentive features found in FAR 16.4 that are tied to Fixed-Price, Time-and-Materials and Labor-Hour terms.

VETS GWAC is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract providing a wide range of information technology support services and features:

• Five-year base period with one, five-year option
• Ordering procedures based on Fair Opportunity (FAR 16.505); and
• $5 billion program ceiling
